We want you to be happy with your website. Because our work is custom and produced specifically for you, the following terms apply to deposits, balances, and cancellations.
The 50% deposit reserves your project and covers the design work that begins immediately. Once we have started work, the deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel before any work has begun, the deposit is refundable minus any non-recoverable payment-processing fees.
The remaining 50% balance is due when your site is completed and ready to publish. Once the balance is paid and the site is delivered or published, the project is considered complete and is non-refundable.
You may cancel in writing at any time. If you cancel after work has begun, amounts paid for work already completed are non-refundable. Any portion paid for work not yet started will be refunded.
If we are unable to complete your project, we will refund any amounts you paid for work we did not deliver.
If something isn't right, tell us. Your plan includes revision rounds and we will work with you to fix issues within the agreed scope before considering any refund.
Year-one hosting is included. The annual renewal (US$150/year from year two) is billed in advance and is non-refundable once the renewal period has begun. You may cancel renewal before it bills.
To cancel or request a refund, email [email protected] with your business name and order number. We will respond within a reasonable time.
